When you’re dealing with large pipelines, high-pressure fluids, or critical process control, a standard floating ball valve just won’t do. You need a Trunnion Mounted Ball Valve—the go-to solution for zero leakage, low torque, and long-term durability.
At Perfect Engineers, we manufacture high-performance trunnion mounted ball valves that are trusted by EPCs, refineries, power plants, and oil & gas operators across India and globally.
A Trunnion Mounted Ball Valve is a quarter-turn valve where the ball is supported at both ends (top and bottom) with trunnion shafts. Unlike floating ball valves, the ball does not move with line pressure. Instead, seats are spring-loaded to move toward the ball, ensuring positive sealing even at very low pressures.
This structure makes it ideal for large-diameter and high-pressure systems where torque, safety, and performance are critical.

It can handle very high pressures with low torque and offers tight sealing at both high and low pressure.
Absolutely. Trunnion valves are the preferred choice in pipelines, refineries, and offshore rigs.
Double Block & Bleed – it allows isolation of both upstream and downstream sides and draining of the cavity.
Yes. All models are actuator-ready (ISO 5211) and compatible with pneumatic or electric actuation.
