Manufactured using SS 316L (Low Carbon) grade stainless steel, PE-LOCK high-pressure fittings provide enhanced corrosion resistance, especially against chloride-induced pitting, and ensure weld integrity, cleanliness, and long-term sealing performance.
SS 316L high-pressure ferrule fittings are metal-to-metal sealing compression connectors made from low-carbon stainless steel (UNS S31603). They use a two-ferrule system (front and back ferrule) to create a vibration-resistant, leak-proof connection without the need for welding or threading.
Ideal for high-purity, high-pressure, and aggressive chemical systems, these fittings maintain structural integrity even under thermal cycling, shock, and dynamic flow conditions.
