An Alloy 20 needle valve is a manually operated valve made from Nickel-Iron-Chromium alloy known for resisting acid attack, especially H₂SO₄ and HNO₃. It is ideal for applications where SS 316 or even Monel is insufficient.
It bridges the performance gap between stainless steel and more expensive high-nickel alloys like Hastelloy and Inconel.
